The Justice Department has officially charged Democrat New Jersey Representative LaMonica McIver with assault after she attacked ICE agents outside an illegal immigration detention facility.
Rep.
LaMonica McIver (NJ-10) also rejected the DOJ’s offer of a plea deal.
