We have borrowing up, unemployment up, taxes are up (..) his budget last year had high taxes. Tributes are being paid in Minehead to a child who was killed in a coach crash which left several others seriously injured.
Flowers have been left at the entrance to Minehead Middle School following the crash, which happened while the coach was carrying children back from a day trip to Exmoor Zoo.
