Black Media in the US: Fade to Black
In the US, radio and television news is primarily driven by private sector funding, much of it paid for by advertisers.
There has always been the problem of a lack of this needed revenue by black media outlets.
As a consequence of this funding gap, there is absolutely a dearth of black radio and television today.
What has been left behind has become woefully inadequate to supply our people with the information needed to compete.
How will our people reverse this trend?
Do we deserve even to exist?
