Coromandel commissions new Rs 400 crore sulphuric acid plant at Vizag fertiliser complex

Coromandel International has commissioned a new sulphuric acid plant at its fertiliser complex in Visakhapatnam. The new plant will have a capacity of 1,650 metric tonnes per day and will boost the company's sulphuric acid capacity to 1.1 million tonnes per annum. The plant will support the company's downstream processes for phosphoric acid and phosphatic fertilizer production.
