Trident Realty to invest Rs 700crore to build 412 independent floors

Trident Realty is set to invest Rs 700 crore in the development of luxury independent floors in Panchkula. The company is constructing a 200-acre township called Trident Hills, where it has launched the 'Windsong Residences' project consisting of 412 independent floors. Each floor will be built on a plot area of 360-545 square yards with a starting price of Rs 2.22 crore. Trident Realty expects to generate revenue of Rs 1,000 crore from the sales of these units. The company is confident about its expansion plans and has a presence in Delhi-NCR, Mumbai Metropolitan Region, and Tri-City.
