'CBI wants to give SSR's case a slow death'

IndiaTimes Wednesday, 14 June 2023
Lawyer Vikas Singh, representing Sushant Singh Rajput's family, has accused the CBI of wanting to give the case a "slow death". The investigation agency's report suggested that the actor's death was a suicide, but no conclusive findings have been presented despite three years of pursuing the case. SSR's family has been relentlessly pursuing the case and the CBI investigation, but the lawyer claimed that the Mumbai police had already damaged it. Last year, a hospital team member claimed the actor had been murdered, and his sister, Shekhar Suman, and others requested a CBI re-investigation.
