Dream Girl 2 beats OMG 2 on Day 1

Ayushmann Khurrana and Ananya Panday's film 'Dream Girl 2' has made a strong opening at the box office, earning around Rs 10.69 crore. It has secured a place among the highest-earning films on its opening day in 2023. The movie has surpassed the collections of 'OMG 2' and 'Satyaprem Ki Katha'. While 'Gadar 2' continues to dominate the box office, 'Dream Girl 2' enjoyed a solo release and attracted fans of the original film. The film performed well in certain regions of India, but it remains to be seen how it will fare against 'Gadar 2'.
