SSR death case-Aaditya Thackeray moves HC

Aaditya Thackeray, a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly, has approached the Bombay High Court to be heard before any decision is made on a public interest litigation (PIL) demanding a CBI probe into the deaths of Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian. Thackeray argues that the PIL is not valid as the matter is already being investigated by the state machinery. The PIL, filed in September, seeks the arrest and interrogation of Thackeray in relation to the deaths. The court has not yet scheduled a hearing for the PIL.
