'Blood on your hands': Zuckerberg among social media bosses grilled about child exploitation
Wednesday, 31 January 2024 Mark Zuckerberg was one of several social media bosses accused of having "blood on [their] hands" at a hearing where companies were criticised for not doing enough to protect children from being exploited on their platforms.
It was a SPICY DAY on Captiol Hill in Washington, D.C. today as Congressional Hearings took place with CEOs of major social media companies over child and teen safety concerns using apps like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Social media users worldwide were left in the dark on Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, as a massive outage hit Meta's platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. The disruption, lasting several hours, not only left billions of users disconnected but also dealt a blow to Meta's financial standing.
