FX is finally giving us details on season two of its Emmy-winning drama 'Shōgun.' Season two of the series — which set a record at last year's Emmys with 18 wins — is set to begin production in Vancouver in January 2026. The announcement finally comes almost a year after FX announced it was developing two additional installments in May 2024.

Following the season three finale of 'The White Lotus,' Mike White is getting candid about the series' Emmy-winning composer announcing he's quitting the show. Last week, composer Cristóbal Tapia de Veer told The New York Times that he's exiting the show after feuding with White over the score, saying, "We already had our last fight forever."
