New AAP-Cong flashpoint? Ex-dy CM of Punjab held

The Punjab vigilance bureau on Sunday arrested former deputy chief minister OP Soni of Congress for allegedly amassing assets between 2016 and 2022 disproportionate to his known sources of income. The arrest could further ruffle relations between Congress and AAP, which is banking on the grand old party to oppose the Centre's Delhi ordinance in the Rajya Sabha.
