Chandrayaan-3 second Op around done, closest point to Earth (perigee) raised to around 220km

This was a minor operation compared to the one carried out Saturday. The onboard thrusters were fired for about 42 seconds and the perigee of Chandrayaan-3 is now around 220km, multiple scientists confirmed to TOI.
