‘Ethnic cleansing by state?’ HC halts Nuh demolitions
Monday, 7 August 2023 Bulldozers were halted in Nuh on Monday on what would have been the fifth day of demolition of properties with alleged links to rioters after the Punjab and Haryana high court took suo motu cognisance of newspaper reports and stepped in.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal offered prayers at Hanuman Temple in Connaught Place with his wife and Punjab counterpart. Later, he left the temple premises, heading to the AAP office for a press address. Amidst his activities, reactions poured in over his interim bail. CM Kejriwal is all set to start his election campaign as it eyes to exert dominance in Delhi and Punjab.
