HC orders test & MTP on 26-wk pregnant minor rape survivor

Calcutta High Court on Thursday directed East Midnapore district authorities to bring a 13-year-old rape survivor, who is 26 weeks pregnant, to SSKM Hospital in Kolkata for an examination by a team of doctors and permitted a medical termination of pregnancy (MTP) if doctors thought it feasible.
