Union minister's son booked under Arms Act day after man found dead at his Lucknow home

Vikas Kishore, son of Union Minister Kaushal Kishore, has been booked under the Arms Act after a man was shot dead at his home in Lucknow. The victim, Vinay Srivastava, was shot in the head at Vikas's residence. The gun used in the incident is licensed and owned by Vikas. The house where the incident occurred is built on land owned by Kaushal Kishore.
