Punjabi-Canadian rapper Shubh's India tour cancelled amid backlash over Khalistan support
The India tour of Punjabi-Canadian signer Shubhneet Singh, known as Shubh, has been cancelled due to backlash over his alleged support for Khalistan and separatists. Shubh had shared a distorted map of India without Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab, leading to criticism. BookMyShow, the organizer of the tour, has cancelled the concerts and will provide a refund to ticket holders. The cancellation follows boAt withdrawing sponsorship and cricketer Virat Kohli unfollowing Shubh on social media.
