SC committee to organise two-day national annual stakeholders consultation on child protection
The Supreme Court Committee on Juvenile Justice and Child Welfare, in partnership with Unicef India, is organizing a two-day national consultation to discuss best practices and strengthen the justice system for children in conflict with the law. The consultation, which will be attended by government officials, judges, and other stakeholders, will focus on prevention, restorative justice, diversion, and alternatives to detention for children in conflict with the law.
