Right to privacy vs right to know: Supreme Court to resolve poll bonds conflict

The solicitor general argued that the right to know must be balanced against the right to maintain privacy of political affiliations. The attorney general questioned whether the court has the power to create a mechanism for political funding, suggesting that it should be left to the legislature.
