Day after blasts at Mahad pharma unit, 8 bodies found

Eight charred bodies have been retrieved from a pharma unit in Mahad MIDC, Raigad, following a series of blasts. The bodies have been sent for DNA testing as they could not be identified by relatives. The victims' families are expected to receive compensation from the pharma firm, insurance companies, and the CM's Relief Fund. Rescue operations have been affected by scattered chemical-filled barrels at the accident site. The missing workers have been identified, and three are still missing. The injured workers are receiving medical treatment.
