Should CM Arvind Kejriwal quit or work from jail, AAP to ask people

IndiaTimes Wednesday, 8 November 2023
The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) plans to conduct a referendum in Delhi and across the country to seek public opinion on whether Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal should resign if he is arrested or run the government from jail. The decision was made during a meeting between Kejriwal and AAP councillors in response to the enforcement directorate's notice regarding an alleged excise policy scam. The party believes that the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is conspiring to send AAP leaders to jail in order to weaken the party.
