ED attaches property of former BSP MLA Vinay Shankar Tiwari

The Directorate of Enforcement (ED) provisionally attached 27 immovable properties valued at Rs 72.08 crore belonging to former BSP MLA from Chillupar, Vinay Shankar Tiwari, on Friday. The properties are linked to the money laundering offense involving the accused promoters, directors, and guarantors of M/s Gangotri Enterprises Ltd, as per the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
