Next cellar suit hearing on November 20

The Varanasi district court has fixed November 20 as the date for hearing a plea filed by advocate Vijay Shankar Rastogi. He wishes to be made a party in a civil suit that aims to appoint either the Varanasi district magistrate or any other suitable person as the receiver of the cellar (tehkhana) located on the southern side of Gyanvapi mosque.
