Uttarkashi tunnel: NHIDCL boring another pipeline to supply food, antidepressants
Sunday, 19 November 2023 () Efforts are underway to evacuate the 41 workers trapped in the Silkyara tunnel in Uttarkashi. Dry fruits, multivitamins, and antidepressants are being sent to them, and a new tunnel is being constructed to facilitate the delivery of more supplies. Five different agencies are working on five options for the rescue operation. The trapped workers are in a built-up portion of the tunnel with electricity, water, and a another pipeline or food.
