Centre extends tenure of Delhi chief secretary by 6 months after SC's nod

A bench of Chief Justice D Y Chandrachud and Justices J B Pardiwala and Manoj Misra said the chief secretary is tasked with significant functional responsibilities and overall administrative control and supervision over subjects, including land, law & order and police.
