Join 'Green Credit' initiative, appeals PM Modi
Inviting countries to join the global 'Green Credit' initiative, Prime Minister Narendra Modi along with UAE's President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan launched its web platform at a high-level event on the sidelines of CO. The portal would serve as a repository of policies and best practices that incentivise environment-friendly actions. The event at CO saw the participation of Ulf Kristersson, the Prime Minister of Sweden; Filipe Nyusi, the President of Mozambique; and Charles Michel, the president of the European Council.
