Over 7.4 lakh self-employment opportunities created in Jammu and Kashmir since 2021-22: Union minister Nityanand Rai

A total of 7.4 lakh self-employment opportunities have been generated in Jammu and Kashmir since 2021-22. Additionally, 31,830 government vacancies, including in J&K Bank, have been filled between August 2019 and now. The government has also organized 151 job fairs, with the participation of 1,631 companies. Career counseling sessions and awareness camps have seen the participation of 4.74 lakh candidates and 2.12 lakh individuals, respectively.
