'Accosted by US agents, interrogated for 3 hours, forced to eat beef', says Nikhil Gupta, man accused by US of plotting to kill Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun
Indian national Nikhil Gupta, accused by the US of plotting to kill Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, revealed shocking details about being detained and interrogated by US agents at Prague airport before being handed over to Czech authorities. Gupta is currently in a Czech prison awaiting extradition to the US. The Supreme Court in India advised Gupta's family member to approach the Czech justice system as the Indian court has no jurisdiction over arrests in another country. The plea filed by Gupta's family member claimed violations of his fundamental rights and requested Indian government intervention.
