2013 Jhiram Ghati ambush: NIA's 50 lakh reward for information on 19 Maoists
NIA releases second list of wanted Maoists for the 2013 Jhiram Ghati ambush in Bastar, Chhattisgarh. Rewards totaling over Rs 50 lakh offered for information leading to their capture. The attack resulted in the death of 32 people, including Chhattisgarh Congress leaders. The new list includes hardcore Maoists like Ramesh alias Kumma Dada and Ganesh alias Rajesh Tiwari. Hidma, a senior Maoist commander also known as Hidmann, Madavi Hidma, or Hidmalu, has been on the most wanted list in Bastar for several years.
