UCG launches first annual skill enhancement plan for its employees

UGC launched its annual capacity-building plan (ACBP) to enhance the skills of its employees. UGC is collaborating with the capacity building commission (CBC) for this initiative. The ACBP is derived from a capacity need assessment exercise conducted with UGC officials and staff. Over 600 UGC employees have been onboarded on the iGot Karmayogi platform, completing more than 4500 courses. UGC has also organized offline training programs on various topics for its employees. The aim is to enhance the abilities and qualifications of UGC employees in different areas.
