Up for grabs! DDA’s 2-day live e-auction for 2,093 flats begins

Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will hold a two-day live e-auction for 2,093 flats, beginning 11am Friday. The flats are offered under the Diwali Special Housing Scheme 2023 and include super HIG, HIG, penthouses, and MIG flats. The reserve prices range from Rs 5 crore for the penthouses to Rs 1.1-1.4 crore for MIG flats. DDA has received EMD from 3,055 applicants participating in the auction. The process will be online, anonymous, and open to bidders worldwide.
