'Ready to take any responsibility': YS Sharmila on joining Congress

YS Sharmila, who recently joined the Congress party, expressed her readiness to take on any responsibilities assigned by the high command, following her meeting with Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge. YS Sharmila's party, YSR Telangana Party, merged with the Congress, fulfilling her father's dream of seeing Rahul Gandhi become the Prime Minister of India. She praised the Congress as the largest secular party that upholds Indian culture and unites its people. Sharmila also expressed her anguish over the situation in Manipur and emphasized the need for the Congress to be in power to prevent such incidents.
