In a recent development, Justice Nikhil Kariel's bench ordered that the status quo be maintained, allowing Magan Dodiya, Savji Parmar, and Haresh Rajyaguru to continue serving as head teachers until further notice. The court has issued a notice to the concerned authorities and scheduled a further hearing for Wednesday. Dodiya, Parmar, and Rajyaguru have been dedicatedly serving in the municipal board's schools in Bhavnagar city since the 1980s and 1990s.
