Culinary public enemy no. 1: Goa declares war on gobi manchurian

In a motion last month, councillor Tarak Arolkar of the Mapusa Municipal Council suggested banning gobi manchurian, a popular dish at the Bodgeshwar temple zatra. The council unanimously agreed, making it the only dish banned at the zatra.
