41 firecracker shops sealed in Jabalpur district for non-compliance with licence norms. Lack of proper security measures, fire NOC, and record keeping found. Collector instructs to seal the firecrackers. Over 100 people undergoing treatment in Madhya Pradesh hospitals, 2 missing after the blast. Collector Saxena said if the shopkeepers do not follow the licence conditions, then they will not be allowed to run the set-ups.
