Dalit man dies in UP police custody, 2 cops suspended
Saturday, 13 April 2024 Dalit farmer Asaram died in custody under mysterious circumstances in Lakhimpur Kheri. His family alleges third-degree torture. The incident led to the suspension of the cops involved, and he passed away in the hospital at 10 pm.
