Supreme Court gives more time to AAP to vacate its Delhi office premises

The Supreme Court has directed the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to vacate its Delhi office premises on Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Marg by August 10. Earlier this year, in March, the Supreme Court had extended the deadline for AAP to vacate its offices at Rouse Avenue until June 15, 2024. The court's decision to enforce this latest deadline stems from the recognition that the land was initially allotted for the expansion of judicial infrastructure.
