NRI gives wife triple talaq via video from London

Faisal Patel, an NRI originally from Navsari, allegedly divorced his wife by sending her a 'triple talaq' video from London. Accused of physical and mental harassment, he faces charges under various sections of the IPC and The Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019. The victim filed a complaint after observing the iddat period.
