Tamil Nadu youth dies after taking injection from ‘quack’ for stomach pain

A 21-year-old man named K Prabhu died after receiving an injection for stomach pain from an unregistered medical practitioner at Doss Medical Centre in Senjeri. The practitioner, Victor Jeeva Rathinam, had not cleared the mandatory Foreign Medical Graduates Examination. Authorities are conducting investigations and awaiting postmortem results to determine the exact cause of death.
