'Good Samaritan' ‘finds’ Vietnam national's bag, returns passport, keeps valuables

A Vietnamese national, who left his travel bag on a train, later discovered that a 'Good Samaritan' had stolen his valuables. The Government Railway Police (GRP) traced the accused via CCTV footage and recovered all items from his residence in Aurangabad. A case of theft has been registered against the accused.
