CM unveils Telangana 'mother' statue, says bid to alter it will invite action

Telangana CM A Revanth Reddy unveiled the official Telangana Thalli statue, warning against any alterations or insults to it. The statue's unveiling coincided with the 2009 announcement of the separate statehood process. An official annual celebration, Telangana Thalli Avatarana Utsavam, will now take place on December 9th.
