India's opposition bloc filed a motion to remove Vice President Dhankhar as Rajya Sabha chair. They accuse him of bias. Around 60 MPs signed the notice. Disagreements arose over discussions about alleged Congress links with George Soros. Both Houses of Parliament faced disruptions. A majority vote in both houses is needed to remove the chairman.
