PM Modi meets ex-IFS officer, Arabic Ramayana translator

During his first visit to Kuwait in 43 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with 101-year-old retired Indian Foreign Service officer, Mangal Sain Handa. The meeting was facilitated by Handa's granddaughter's social media post, which caught Modi's attention. Modi also received a warm welcome from the Indian diaspora and copies of Arabic translations of the Ramayana and Mahabharata.
