Delhi Rains: Over 160 flights delayed, IGI airport, airlines issue travel advisory

According to flight-tracking service Flightradar24, there were 146 delayed flights and three cancellations, with an average delay of nearly 30 minutes for both departures and arrivals in Delhi.
