Government notifies appointment of Patna HC CJ as new Supreme Court judge

Justice Krishnan Vinod Chandran has been appointed as a judge of the Supreme Court, effective from the date he assumes charge, with Justice Ashutosh Kumar succeeding him as the acting Chief Justice of Patna High Court. This marks representation from the Kerala High Court following Justice C T Ravikumar's retirement.
