13 Kumbh pilgrims dead, 26 injured in six accidents across MP & UP

Seven Kumbh pilgrims lost their lives and at least 15 were injured in three road accidents in Madhya Pradesh since Sunday. In Uttar Pradesh, three Nepalese nationals among six devotees were killed and 11 others injured in three mishaps on Monday. The total death toll from such accidents has risen to 141 so far.
