Puducherry to adopt 3-language policy, mantri says Cong imposed Hindi on Tamil Nadu

Puducherry will implement a three-language policy, allowing students to choose a third language, which can be a regional language instead of Hindi. Minister A Namassivayam refuted allegations of Hindi imposition. Opposing parties condemned the decision. Schools in Puducherry recently switched to CBSE, while those in Mahe and Yanam follow Kerala and Andhra boards respectively.
