Fugitive businessman Mehul Choksi, accused of defrauding Punjab National Bank, is living in Belgium after securing residency. Indian authorities are seeking his extradition. Choksi left India in 2018 and his whereabouts have frequently changed, previously residing in Antigua and Dominica before moving to Belgium.
