Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate the new 2.05 km-long Pamban Rail Bridge in Rameshwaram on April 6. Built at a cost of Rs 535 crore, the bridge will enhance train connectivity, improve maritime navigation, and reduce travel time while supporting future railway electrification.
