SC stays Allahabad HC’s ‘not-rape’ verdict

The Supreme Court has stayed an Allahabad HC order that deemed grabbing a minor's breasts and snapping her pyjama string insufficient for rape charges. Justices B R Gavai and A G Masih criticized the HC judgment for insensitivity and a lack of proper legal framework.
