'File FIR against DMK minister or face contempt': Madras HC warns Tamil Nadu police over K Ponmudy's objectionable remarks on women

The Madras high court has cautioned the Tamil Nadu Police to file an FIR against DMK minister K Ponmudy for his disrespectful remarks about women, or face contempt charges. This warning follows demands from BJP leaders for action against Ponmudy. While Ponmudy has apologized and been removed from his party post, he remains a minister.
